100% white silicone roof coating is ideal for flat roofs with ponding water. Primer and coating in one. Moisture-cure rubber coating forms a chemical bond to the roof surface, delivering exceptional adhesion and a permanent waterproof seal to almost any type of roof. High solids formula allows for 1 coat coverage on most surfaces. Use a quality, heavy duty 3/4 In. nap paint roller to apply. Rain safe in 15 minutes. For exterior use only. Lifetime Warranty.
