Ideal for use in new construction. Thermally protected housing, adjustable socket bracket. Housing is gasketed to prevent air flow from heated or air conditioned spaces. Slide-N-Side connectors allow nonmetallic sheathed cable to be installed without tools and without removing knockouts. UL (Underwriter's Laboratories) listed for through branch circuit wiring, damp location, for direct contact with insulation, IP rated, CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certified. Meets State of Washington restricted air flow requirements. 10-1/2 In. L. x 7-1/2 In. W. x 6-1/2 In. D. ceiling opening. Bulk contractor packs, no broken cartons.
